At FitKitchen, we want you to be 100% confident in your nutrition journey. Because our products are digital and provide immediate access to proprietary meal plans, recipes, and videos, we have a clear policy to keep things fair for everyone.
1. Digital Subscription Refunds
- The 7-Day Window: We offer a full refund within the first 7 days of your initial subscription if you feel the platform isn’t the right fit for your goals.
- Usage Clause: Refunds are only available if you have viewed fewer than three (3) premium recipes or videos during that first week.
- Renewal Policy: We do not offer refunds for automatic renewals. We send a reminder email 48 hours before your card is charged so you have plenty of time to make a move.
2. Tier-Specific Policies
- Free Tier: Since there’s no cost, there are no refunds. You can walk away whenever you want with no strings attached.
- Pro & Premium Tiers: Refunds for these tiers are processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
3. Cancellation
- No Contracts: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Account Settings.
- Access: Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your plan until the end of your current billing cycle.
4. Technical Issues
- If you can’t access your plan because of a glitch on our end, we will either fix the issue immediately or offer a prorated credit to your account.
5. How to Request a Refund
- Just shoot an email to [email protected] with your order number and a quick note about why it didn’t work out. We use your feedback to make the kitchen better for everyone.
